Mungo, we have a problem
You may have heard a little about Katie's friend Mungo. Well here are a few pictures to show their special relationship.
Unfortunately they have grown so fond of each other that Katie won't sleep without him. This causes us a problem because Mungo is too big to carry with us when Katie goes out.
We are trying to wean them off each other during the day, but this is proving a little tricky. Are we being too harsh and expecting too much from these little people who are so in love?

We have the same problem with a little boy who loves his dummy. He only gets it when he naps / sleeps or we're at the end of our tether. Sounds like a lot but he used to have it attached to him constantly. Going cold turkey is harder than you might think too, so let me know if the weaning works for you!
Short answer - "Yes"
Long answer - you know I'm a big fat softy and would do anything in the short term for a quiet life. We'll have to talk this through.
Having said that...
"To big??"
He's 10 inches tall and made of fluff!
we remember somebody else being rather attached to a certain dougal the donkey
I can confess that I too am in love with an creature named Mungo.
Maybe Katie and I should attend a support group.
"SAVE MUNGO"
Hamish still remembers being forcably being separated from his blanket and he's 40 this year. I rest my case!
Good to see you the other weekend. Hope you are all ok
