Definitely nature not nurture

The past few days have been very hot and so deciding what to clothe Katie in has been a little tricky. This morning we asked her would she like to wear her jeans, to which she replied - 'Hot'.

So we asked if she would like to wear her cream trousers, to which she replied - 'No'.

Now, nanny bought Katie a couple of dresses at the weekend, and so we asked would you like to wear a dress, to which she replied - 'Ooo, dress, pretty'.

She then headed towards the bedroom shouting 'Dress on, dress on' all the way. We got to the bedroom to find her pulling on the wardrobe door, so we obliged and got her dress out. She was obviously keen to wear it as she then began to put it on over her pyjamas.

Now this is definitely not something that mummy has encouraged, so where does this desire for pretty pink dresses come from?
