I wanna do a deal
As with most kids, Katie would much rather eat her pudding than eat her main course. A couple of times last week Daddy rearranged the food on Katie's plate and said that if she ate a certain number of items, she could have her pudding. This seemed to work and she ate most of her main course before going on to sweeter things.
So today as we were sitting together having lunch, out of nowhere, Katie pipes up with "I wanna do a deal".
Now fortunately she hasn't quite got the hang of it because upon requesting a deal, she then went on to choose which bits to eat and which bits to leave - she ate the lot! But the potential is there, she knows how to get what she wants.
It's scary!
